The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has stated this in its operational update on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
On December 19, 165 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded on the front.
Over the past day, the enemy carried out three missile and 55 air strikes, dropping 150 guided aerial bombs and using 4 missiles.
In addition, the enemy attracted 4,597 kamikaze drones for destruction and carried out 3,875 attacks on positions of troops and settlements, in particular, 96 from multiple launch rocket systems.
Thus, on the North-Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk axes, there were 8 clashes. In addition, the enemy carried out 106 attacks on the positions of troops and settlements, including one from a multiple launch rocket system.
On the South-Slobozhanshchyna axis, the enemy stormed 10 times near the settlements of Vovchansk, Prylipka and towards the settlement of Izbytske.
On the Kupiansk axis, 6 attacks of the invaders were repelled in the area of Pishchane and towards Petropavlivka, Kupiansk, and Bohuslavka during the day.
On the Lyman axis, the enemy attacked 11 times near the settlement of Shandryholove and towards Drobysheve, Stavky, Novyi Myr, Druzheliubivka, and Lyman.
On the Sloviansk axis, 7 attacks were repelled in the areas of Serebrianka, Dronivka, and towards Platonivka.
No clashes were recorded on the Kramatorsk axis.
On the Kostiantynivka axis, the enemy carried out 20 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Kleban-Byk, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Yablunivka, Rusyn Yar and towards Pleshchiivka, Novopavlivka, Ivanopillia, Sofiivka.
On the Pokrovsk axis, the Defense Forces stopped 45 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Rodynske, Zvirove, Kotlyne, Udachne, Myrnohrad, Molodetske, Dachne, Filiia and towards Novopidhorodnie, Nove Shakhove, Svitle, Hryshyne, Novopavlivka.
On the Oleksandrivka axis, 10 attacks were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Pryvilne, Zlahoda and towards Rybne, Oleksandrohrad, Nove Zaporizhzhia.
On the Huliaipole axis, 14 attacks were repelled in the area of Huliaipole and towards Dobropillia.
On the Orikhiv axis, 2 attacks were repelled in the area of Prymorske and Plavni.
On the Dnieper axis over the past day, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations.
Over the past day, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces hit a military equipment storage warehouse, two command posts, and another important enemy facility.
In total, the losses of the russian invaders over the past day amounted to 1,090 people.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on December 18, 193 combat clashes took place on the front, the hottest axes were Pokrovsk (50 clashes), Kostiantynivka (28), and Oleksandrivka (22).
