"In fact, this information is not true. As reported by the 81st Separate Airmobile Sloboda Brigade of the Airborne Assault Troops, the Ukrainian Defense Forces are holding positions within the specified settlements and on the adjacent borders," the message says.
The CCD urged to trust only sources of verified information.
The military specified that after a massive fire attack involving artillery systems of various calibers and drones, the enemy is using the terrain, forest belts and dense plantings to infiltrate the inter-position space. It is noted that it is disguised as the local population. The actions of the russians are in the nature of local assault actions and sabotage and reconnaissance activity.
"All detected attempts by the enemy to advance or gain a foothold are thwarted by firepower and counterattacks of Ukrainian units. The situation remains tense, the command is conducting regular troop control," the 81st Separate Airmobile Sloboda Brigade of the Airborne Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine added.
As Ukrainian News Agency reported, in addition, earlier russian propaganda claimed the alleged capture of the settlement of Siversk in the Donetsk Region, which was also a fake.
