Solvent banks received UAH 131.7 billion in net profit in ten months of 2025, compared to UAH 125.6 billion in the same period last year.
This is stated in the report of the NBU, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
Earlier, the NBU noted that active lending has become a key factor in maintaining the profitability of banks.
Banks' revenues for the period amounted to UAH 472.5 billion, and expenses amounted to UAH 340.8 billion.
At the same time, interest income amounted to UAH 336 billion, and interest expenses - UAH 113.3 billion.
Fee and commission income of banks for 10 months of this year amounted to UAH 101.4 billion, and fee and commission expenses - UAH 49.7 billion.
In October, banks earned UAH 12.294 billion.
Earlier, the NBU noted that banks had slightly increased the yield on investments in government bonds.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in 2024, banks received UAH 91 billion in net profit.
