Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the start of a meeting with the American delegation in the German capital Berlin. The head of state wrote about this on Facebook on Sunday, December 14.
"The meeting has begun," Zelenskyy wrote.

The President also published photos of greetings from the US delegates. Zelenskyy warmly greeted and hugged US President's Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, and more discreetly with Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner.

In addition, Zelenskyy has scheduled separate meetings with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and a number of European leaders.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on December 14, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy compared the process of ending the war to a "long-distance running" and emphasized Ukraine's readiness for "Plan B."
