Ukrainian defenders are steadfastly holding back the onslaught of the invaders, inflicting significant losses on the enemy. In total, 178 clashes were recorded during the past day.
This is stated in the text of the operational summary from the command of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, posted on Facebook.
Yesterday, the enemy launched one missile and 40 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, used three missiles and dropped 103 guided aerial bombs. In addition, 4,687 kamikaze drones were used for strikes and 4,061 shelling were carried out on the positions of our troops and settlements, of which 116 were from multiple launch rocket systems.
The aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular, in the areas of the settlements of Dobropasove, Velykomykhailivka, Bratske in the Dnipropetrovsk Region; Huliaipole, Rizdvianka in the Zaporizhzhia Region.
Missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces hit the UAV control point and two enemy command and observation posts.
In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk Axes, the enemy carried out 177 shelling, including three from multiple launch rocket systems.
In the South-Slobozhansk Axis, our troops stopped five enemy attacks in the area of the settlements of Vovchansk, Synelnykove, Kolodiazne, Dvorichanske and in the direction of the settlement of Kolodiazne.
In the Kupyansk Axis, five attacks by the invaders took place yesterday. Our defenders repelled the enemy's assault actions in the areas of the settlements of Pishchane, Nova Kruhliakivka and in the direction of Kurylivka and Kupyansk.
In the Lyman Axis, the enemy attacked 25 times, trying to penetrate our defenses in the areas of the settlements of Seredne, Zarichne, Drobysheve and towards Druzheliubivka, Novoserhiivka, Novyi Myr, Stavky, Oleksandrivka, Novoselivka, Lyman, Chervonyi Stav.
In the Slovyansk Axis, the Defense Forces repelled seven enemy attacks in the areas of Torske, Siversk, Serebrianka, Pereyizne, and Yampol.
In the Kramatorsk Axis, four clashes occurred in the area of Chasiv Yar and in the directions of the settlements of Pryvillia and Minkivka.
In the Kostiantynivka Axis, the enemy carried out 26 attacks in the areas of Shcherbynivka, Pleshchiivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Yablunivka, Rusyn Yar and towards Kostiantynivka, Ivano-Pillia, Stepanivka, and Sofiivka.
In the Pokrovsk Axis, our defenders stopped 42 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Nykanorivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Filiya and towards the settlements of Dorozhne, Bilytske, Myrnohrad, Novopavlivka, Sukhetske, Rivne, Hryshyne, Leontovychi.
In the Oleksandrivsk Axis, the enemy yesterday carried out 18 attacks near the settlements of Vorone, Pryvillia, Verbove, Oleksiivka, Pryvilne, Zelenyi Hai and towards the settlements of Oleksandrivka, Vyshneve, Rybne, Krasnohirske, Sosnivka, Zlahoda.
In the Huliaipole Axis, the Defense Forces repelled 17 attacks by the russians in the areas of the settlements of Pryvillia, Solodke and towards Dobropillia, Huliaipole and Nove Zaporizhzhia.
In the Orikhiv Axis, the enemy twice tried in vain to break through our defenses in the areas of the settlements of Prymorske and Novoandriivka.
In the Prydniprovsk Axis, the enemy carried out offensive actions in the area of the Antonivskyi Bridge four times without success.
In the Volyn and Polissia Axes, no signs of the formation of offensive enemy groups were detected.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in total, the losses of the russian invaders over the past day amounted to 1,300 people. Ukrainian soldiers also neutralized three tanks, nine armored combat vehicles, 24 artillery systems, a multiple launch rocket system, two air defense systems, 283 unmanned aerial vehicles of the operational-tactical level, 103 units of automobiles and two units of special equipment of the invaders.
