Also, due to massive attacks on the energy sector in all regions of Ukraine, power limitation schedules for industrial consumers and businesses and hourly blackouts are being forced to be applied today.
Electricity consumption is showing an upward trend. As of the morning of December 10, its level was 1.1% higher than at the same time the previous day. The reason for the changes is the use of fewer forced restrictive measures in certain regions.
"The need for economical energy consumption remains today. Please limit the use of powerful electrical appliances as much as possible. If possible, postpone energy-intensive processes to the night hours - after 11 p.m. Saving electricity consumption will help to reduce the duration of forced outages," the statement reads.
Earlier, the Ukrainian News agency published the blackout schedules for today for Kyiv and the region, the Odesa and Dnipropetrovsk Regions.
