The Ministry of Justice has launched a data collection system for the enforcement of court decisions, which collects information on the enforcement of court decisions. This is stated in the report of the Ministry of Justice, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"The official website of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has launched a new section "Data Collection System for the Enforcement of Court Decisions", which contains information on the enforcement of court decisions and decisions of other state bodies. The introduction of this tool is one of the requirements of the Ukraine Facility Plan and is aimed at increasing the transparency of data in the field of enforcement proceedings," the statement said.
It is noted that the section contains current and archived information (starting from 2022) on the enforcement of court decisions.
The system contains:
data on the bodies and persons engaged in the enforcement of court decisions and decisions of other bodies;
information on the status of digitalization of enforcement proceedings;
indicators of the activities of state enforcement agencies and private enforcement agents.
In the first half of 2025, state enforcement officers received 2,314,403 enforcement documents on recovery to the budget in certain socially important categories - this is 54.5% of the total number of documents received for execution.
Among them:
874,257 (20.6%) - debt collection on the single social contribution for obligatory state social insurance;
213,056 (5%) - collection of administrative fines in the field of road safety;
541,045 (12.7%) – collection of alimony;
354,147 (8.3%) - debt collection for utilities.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in November, the Ministry of Justice said that the draft law on the digitalization of enforcement proceedings does not create additional grounds for housing repossession for debts.
In 2025, the European Union's Ukraine Facility will provide about EUR 12.5 billion in financial support for Ukraine, including EUR 1.5 billion in grant support.
