A clash between servicemen of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine took place in Koncha Zaspa. The incident took place on the territory of the Zhovten sanatorium.
The Ukrainska Pravda media outlet reported this with reference to its own sources.
Unnnamed interlocutors in law enforcement agencies said that the clash with the use of weapons occurred on the evening of Wednesday, December 3. The conflict took place between fighters of one of the Defense Intelligence units and servicemen of the military unit A4005 (open sources say that this is the 11th separate battalion of electronic warfare of the Armed Forces of Ukraine).
The Defense Intelligence servicemen entered the territory of the sanatorium, knocking down the gate and damaging the fence. They 'captured' ten servicemen, inflicting bodily injuries on them. It is alleged that the clash between the military was accompanied by shooting
Later, the Defense Intelligence fighters released the AFU servicemen, but refused to leave the territory of the sanatorium. Moreover, they allegedly barricaded themselves inside.
According to the publication's sources, the Defense Intelligence claims that the military personnel of the A4005 military unit allegedly illegally occupied the sanatorium. The intelligence officers came to "return the facility."
"The owner of the land plot entered into direct contracts with one of our military units for the duration of martial law. According to the current legislation, these agreements do not require additional approvals. Representatives of other formations have had their documents canceled by the military administration," said a source in the Defense Intelligence.
National Police officers, representatives of the Main Directorate of the Military Law Enforcement Service, the military commandant of the Kyiv Region, employees of the Kyiv Military Administration and officers of the military unit A4005 are currently at the site.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in August this year, russian volunteers fighting on the side of Ukraine fought with Ukrainian LGBT soldiers in Kyiv.
As a reminder, a massive brawl between military personnel and medics took place in Odesa near the walls of the district Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support.
