On the night of Tuesday, December 2, the russian occupation army attacked civilian infrastructure in the south of the Odesa Region with strike drones. As a result of the shelling, an energy facility, an administrative building and private houses were damaged, there were no casualties.
This was announced by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper on the Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The head of the Regional Military Administration said that the occupiers carried out another massive strike on the south of the Odesa Region at night using Shahed drones.
The enemy's target was again civilian and energy infrastructure facilities.
"Despite the active work of the air defense, there is damage: an energy facility, an administrative building, as well as individual private households were affected. The fire was quickly extinguished by rescuers, but the attack led to power outages," Kiper wrote.
He noted that critical infrastructure is temporarily running on generators.
The city headquarters for the elimination of consequences is working on the site.
There was no information about killed or injured.
The State Emergency Service clarified that as a result of the hits, a fire broke out at the energy infrastructure facility, which firefighters, together with volunteers, quickly extinguished.
The State Emergency Service involved 3 units of equipment and 15 firefighters, and local fire brigades - 2 units of equipment and 5 personnel.
The Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office reported on the destruction that an administrative building was partially destroyed, and the roofs and glazing of about 10 private houses nearby were damaged.
Under the procedural guidance of the Odesa Region prosecutor's office, a pre-trial investigation into the facts of war crimes (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code) has been launched.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of November 27, the russians attacked the Odesa Region with strike drones, as a result of which fires broke out in the region, the facades and glazing of two residential buildings, an equestrian club, and a gas station building were damaged.
