Tough personnel decisions are expected in the security forces in the near future. Ukrainian blogger and political commentator Aliona Yakhno wrote about this on Facebook, citing sources from the President's Office. According to her, a large-scale rotation is being prepared under the control of the head of the Presidential Office, Andrii Yermak: "There will be a special operation 'Save Private Ali Baba' - a big personnel purge."
According to the available information, it is planned to dismiss the deputy head of the President's Office Oleh Tatarov and the director of the SBI Oleksii Sukhachov. The current head of the SSU, Vasyl Maliuk, is reportedly being considered for Tatarov's position.
At the same time, the selection of candidates for senior positions in the SBI and the SSU continues. Among the likely candidates for the post of the head of the SSU is Oleksandr Poklad, who is associated with Yermak's inner circle.
At the same time, as the blogger notes, the key figures responsible for the negotiation processes (Yermak - ed.) will retain their positions.
There is no official confirmation of the personnel decisions at the moment. The President's Office, the SSU and the SBI did not provide public comments on this issue.
