Payments under the National Cashback program for September will be made on November 29-30, and the state will transfer a total of more than UAH 598 million to 3.8 million Ukrainians for purchases of Ukrainian goods. The Ministry of Economy has announced this, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"We pay out a record UAH 598 million of cashback to users. The payment is made with a slight delay caused by the need to redistribute funds," said Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture Andrii Teliupa.
The Ministry of Economy notes that the payment of funds for October is expected in the second decade of December, the payment for November is scheduled for the end of December, the payment for December will take place as planned in February 2026 and then monthly at the end of the next month for the previous one.
The Ministry of Economy assures that the program will continue to operate in 2026.
The funds received under the program can be spent on utilities, medicines and books registered in the program, postal services and charity. It is noted that soon users will also be able to spend the National Cashback on food products of Ukrainian origin (except for excisable goods).
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on November 22, the Cabinet of Ministers shortened the list of goods and services for which money received under the National Cashback program can be spent. Now, funds from the program cannot be used to pay for mobile communications, transportation tickets, recreation and entertainment (theater, cinema, museums), sports, or to purchase war bonds.
On November 11, the government started a record payment of UAH 509 million under the National Cashback program for August.
In November, the Ministry of Economy denied the curtailment of the National Cashback program.
