On the night of November 28, the Ukrainian Defense Forces conducted a series of precision strikes on russia's military infrastructure, in particular, they hit the Saratov Oil Refinery, the storage site for strike UAVs at the Saky airfield in the temporarily occupied Crimea and other military facilities.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported this.

The Saratov Oil Refinery, which supplies the russian army with more than 20 types of oil products - from gasoline and diesel fuel to fuel oil and industrial sulfur - was engulfed in a fire after the strike. A series of explosions were recorded at the site, and the extent of the damage is being clarified

In the occupied Saky, a storage site for russian drones came under attack. Previously, several elements of russian air defense were destroyed at the airfield, including the Pantsir-S1 and TOR-M2 systems. After suppressing the air defense, the Defense Forces were able to destroy the hangar where russia kept Orion and Forpost drones. A command and control center and a KamAZ military truck were also damaged. Damage is being assessed.

In addition, the Ukrainian military struck at the areas of concentration of manpower and fuel and lubricant depots of the occupation forces in the Donetsk and Luhansk Regions.

To recap, traders and analysts believe that russian oil is unlikely to return to the world market quickly in the event of a peace agreement between Ukraine and the aggressor country russia.
