On the morning of Thursday, November 27, in the Huliaipole Axis in the Zaporizhzhia Region, the military of the aggressor country of the russian federation shot five Ukrainian defenders who were captured and could not resist. This is stated in the message of the Prosecutor General's Office.
Under the procedural leadership of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The Prosecutor General's Office emphasized that such actions are a gross violation of the Geneva Conventions and a grave international crime.
The pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is being conducted by investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine Directorate in the Zaporizhzhia Region.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, according to the DeepState analytical project, the army of the aggressor country of russia was close to establishing control over Huliaipole, Zaporizhzhia Region. The Ukrainian Defense Forces managed to stabilize the situation and prevent the occupation of the settlement.
In addition, on November 27, DeepState analysts stated that the russian army occupied the village of Zelenyi Hai. The occupiers also advanced near two neighboring settlements.
