The ski resort Dragobrat in Zakarpattia has been put up for sale for USD 2.75 million (about UAH 116 million).
This is announced by the ZAXID.NET publication, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The corresponding announcement about the sale of corporate rights of Dragobrat LLC recently appeared on the OLX marketplace.
Cottages, a hotel, ski lifts, snowmobiles, a ski equipment rental point, etc. on a land plot with an area of 1.7 hectares are estimated at USD 2.75 million or almost UAH 116 million at the NBU exchange rate.
It is noted that the announcement about the sale of the complex was published on November 18, and on Monday, November 24, co-owner of Dragobrat LLC Ivan Zezekalo confirmed to ZAXID.NET his intention to sell the asset.
"The reason for the sale is that the owners who founded it - the Bidny brothers, unfortunately, died. And it is not convenient for us from Poltava to manage all this, because we are engaged in other things. The business is profitable - the lifts on Dragobrat do not need artificial snow and this is where money is made," said Ivan Zezekalo.
Among the company's assets put up for sale:
- a two-story administrative building and two cottages with 16 rooms;
- a five-story hotel with 33 rooms with a restaurant;
- a two-story building (medical center, game room, dormitory for staff);
- a sauna with a swimming pool;
- a ski equipment rental point;
- three tow lifts (1000, 950 and 260 m) with a turnstile system;
- two snowmobiles, three bulldozers and diesel generators with 120 and 200 kW;
- a 630 kVA transformer substation;
- an autonomous water supply and sewage system with treatment facilities.
The announcement also states that the certificate of ownership of the land plot, with an area of 1.76 hectares, belongs to Dragobrat LLC.
According to Opendatabot, Dragobrat was registered in 1993 in the village of Yasinya, Rakhiv district.
Since 2024, the company has been managed by Poltava resident Anastasia Nechytaylo, who also owns a share of the company.
Other owners of Dragobrat include Viktor Atamanenko and Nadia Bidna from the Kyiv Region, as well as businessmen from Poltava - Ivan Ivanovich Zezekalo and Ivan Havrylovych Zezekalo.
In 2024, Dragobrat LLC received more than UAH 5.5 million hryvnias in income, of which more than UAH 750,000 were net profit.
The company has 9 employees, and its assets are estimated by analysts at over UAH 8.4 million.
Dragobrat is the highest ski resort in Ukraine, located at an altitude of 1,300-1,700 meters above sea level, and the slopes in Dragobrat are of varying difficulty levels, and the resort also attracts freeriders. A ski pass for 50 lifts on Dragobrat ski lifts for the 2025/2026 season is sold from UAH 2,400.
