As the Ukrainian News agency previously reported, on November 21, the National Energy Company Ukrenergo warned Ukrainians that on November 22, the blackout schedules would be in effect all day.

Also on November 21, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine stated that the country does not export electricity. All large power plants were damaged as a result of the shelling, which is why all generation is working exclusively for domestic needs.
