Russian dictator vladimir putin has said that russia has received an American plan to end the war in Ukraine. It was reported by the BBC on Friday, November 21.
Putin convened a security council meeting in moscow and announced that he had received US proposals to end the war against Ukraine, although the russian side had previously denied familiarizing itself with the document. According to him, the 28 points are a "modernized" version of what was discussed in Alaska with US President Donald Trump in August.
"We have this text. We received it through the existing channels of interaction with the US administration. I believe that it can also be the basis for a final peaceful settlement," Putin was quoted as saying by the russian media outlet Meduza.
After that, the russian dictator, as usual, went on a long rant about how Ukraine had allegedly abandoned peace initiatives and had always been against peace.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on November 20, the Presidential Office said that Volodymyr Zelenskyy officially received a draft plan from the American side, which, according to the American side, can intensify diplomacy.
