PrivatBank wants to lease its part of the Bukovel resort and the Radisson hotel.
This is evidenced by data on the open tender, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
At the auction, for the right to lease the property owned by PrivatBank in Bukovel, 3 lots are being put up for auction, which include:
Lot 1 - 30 land plots, 14 ski resort lifts, 1 pumping station with an accumulation pond, 2 transformer substations with a hydroelectric power station;
Lot 2 - 10 separate commercial premises and 4 land plots;
Lot 3 - 2 land plots and buildings of the Radisson hotel complex and the hostel hotel complex.
The lease term is 1 year with automatic extension, if neither party declares its intention to terminate the contract 30 calendar days before the expiration of the contract.
The auction was held on November 20, and the publication of the auction results is expected in the next few days.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, according to a decision made by the High Court of England, the former owners of PrivatBank, Ihor Kolomoiskyi and Hennadii Boholiubov, are obliged to pay PrivatBank over USD 3 billion by November 24 of this year.
