The number of people killed in the russian strike on the market in Zaporizhzhia has reached five, with eight more injured.
This was reported by the head of the region Ivan Fedorov. The Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration has released new photos from the scene of the russian strike.
According to Fedorov, there are already five victims, eight more people were injured. As a result of the attack, shopping stalls and a car caught fire. The fire was extinguished by rescuers from the State Emergency Service.
At least five high-rise buildings were also damaged and shopping pavilions were destroyed. All services are working at the scene: firefighters, doctors, psychologists from the State Emergency Service, who provided assistance to 12 people affected by stress.
The pyrotechnic calculation of the State Emergency Service is examining the area for explosive objects. Fedorov assured that assistance to people is being provided promptly.
As a reminder, in Ternopil, the rubble continues to be cleared at the site of the russian Kh-101 missile hitting a high-rise building. 16 people are still missing. 28 people are known to have been killed, including 3 children, and 94 injured, including 18 children.
