Russian attack on Ternopil kills 17-year-old student

17-year-old Ruslan Bobyk was killed in yesterday's russian attack on Ternopil. It was reported by the educational institution of the Ternopil Vocational College of TNTU named after I. Puluj.

"The administration, staff and students of TVC TNTU deeply mourn the tragic death of a student of AT-301 group RUSLAN BOBYK as a result of an enemy missile attack. He will forever be remembered by all who knew him as a calm, friendly and sincere guy. We bow our heads in sorrow with his family," the statement reads.

According to the State Emergency Service, as of now 26 people are known to have been killed, including three children. The whereabouts of 22 people are unknown and the search for them continues. More than 230 rescuers from nine regions of Ukraine are involved in the search.

In the morning of November 19, russian Kh-101 cruise missiles fired from strategic aviation aircraft hit apartment buildings in Ternopil.
