On the morning of November 19, russia attacked Ukraine for the second time, launching cruise missiles from Tu-95MS and Tu-160 strategic bombers. Dozens of enemy targets were recorded in the air, and an air alert was declared throughout the country. In addition, the russians again raised MiG-31Ks into the sky - carriers of Kinzhal missiles. This was reported by the Air Force in Telegram.
Explosions were heard in Ternopil and Lviv in the morning, Suspilne reports. The head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration Maksym Kozytskyi called on residents of the region not to publish photos or videos from the places of hits, emphasizing that the threat continues. Meanwhile, the number of victims of the night strike on Kharkiv has increased to 36, including two children aged 9 and 13, who were diagnosed with acute stress reactions, the National Police reported.

The Air Force reported the takeoff of a MiG-31K, the appearance of new groups of missiles over the Sumy Region, as well as the movement of missiles over the Poltava and Cherkasy Regions.
The attack mainly affected the western and central regions of Ukraine, and Kharkiv also suffered another massive attack.
After seven in the morning, the first groups of Kh-101 missiles, which flew over the Khmelnytskyi and Vinnytsia Regions, entered the airspace of the Ternopil Region. At the same time, some of the missiles changed direction and instead of the western regions hit Dnipro, the Air Force reported. Strikes have already been recorded on Burshtyn in the Ivano-Frankivsk Region and on Ternopil.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the russian federation launched a missile strike on Berestyn in the Kharkiv Region, among the victims - a child and nine wounded.
Earlier, the occupiers launched ballistic missiles and over a hundred drones into Ukraine. There were hits at 17 locations.
