Local residents told Suspilne that around 10 p.m. in many parts of Donetsk, the power went out. One of the residents described the situation: "It was quiet, and then it was like an electric arc. A bright flash - and it became dark. The light flashed several times. I look from the balcony - only a few streets have light, the city is in darkness." According to him, the Internet also started to be disrupted.

From Makiivka, local residents report hearing drones flying and explosions. One of the interlocutors of Suspilne said: "There were several loud explosions, probably a drone. There is no electricity. The internet is bad, but it still works."
