On November 9, russian troops attacked southern Ukraine with drones. The air defense shot down most of the targets, but the wreckage fell in various areas of the Odesa Region.
"Just during the air alert, the air defense forces destroyed enemy targets over the Odesa Region," the report says. Wreckage of one of the drones fell on the sidewalk in the Prymorskyi district of Odesa.
No one was injured as a result of the falling wreckage. Law enforcement officers, explosives technicians and other relevant services are working at the scene, recording the consequences of the attack and inspecting the area.
Kiper urged Odesa residents not to approach the places where the debris fell and not to touch the remains of the drones, as they may still be explosive.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of Sunday, russian troops again attacked the Odesa Region with drones. Despite the effective work of the air defense forces, the debris of the downed drones damaged private houses and caused fires.
On the night of November 8 (from 06:30 pm on November 7), the enemy launched a combined strike on the critical infrastructure of Ukraine using strike UAVs, air-, land- and sea-based missiles.
