In addition, the Department of Construction and Roads noted that due to the unstable voltage supply, there may be interruptions in the operation of public transport during the day.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Ukrzaliznytsia said that suburban trains between the Poltava and Kharkiv Regions will continue to run today, November 9, but some flights were temporarily canceled due to schedule adjustments.
