Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction, Minister of Communities and Territories Development Oleksii Kuleba said that russia is stepping up its attacks on locomotive depots.
"Another night under Russian strikes. The enemy attacked critical infrastructure and civilian objects again. Unfortunately, there are killed and wounded. Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv and the Kyiv Region, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Chernihiv and Zaporizhzhia Regions were affected," Kuleba said.
According to him, in several regions, as a result of missile and drone attacks on the energy sector, there are interruptions in heat and water supply, restoration continues, and additional backup power supplies are being deployed.
"Due to damage to the railway infrastructure, a number of trains are significantly delayed. The enemy is intensifying attacks on locomotive depots. As a result of the attacks in the Poltava Region, several stations have no power supply, and the contact network is damaged in some areas," Kuleba emphasized.
