The russian occupation army massively shelled Ukraine's critical infrastructure on the night of November 8.
Ukrainian Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko reported this on Telegram.
"We are eliminating the consequences of today's Russian combined strike. The enemy targeted critical infrastructure, which ensures normal living conditions for people. (...) The situation is difficult, but we will survive," he wrote.
The minister noted that rescuers and police are working at the sites of the strikes in Kyiv, the Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv and Chernihiv Regions.
"All the services involved are working non-stop to minimize the consequences of the Russian attack on people's life support facilities," Klymenko emphasized.
He also spoke about the situation in Dnipro, where russians targeted a residential building with a drone strike.
"Rescuers unblocked the body of the deceased person from the rubble. 10 people were injured, about 30 were rescued. (...) We have reports that two people are not in touch with their families. We are searching for them. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service are working at the scene of the tragedy to help them cope with stress," the minister said.
He emphasized that evidence of russian war crimes is being recorded.
Due to the shelling by the russian federation, Ukrzaliznytsia informed about serious delays in a number of trains due to problems with electricity supply.
