On the night of Saturday, November 8, during a night attack on Ukraine, the russian army massively attacked the country's energy infrastructure.
Energy Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk has said about this on Facebook.
"The enemy is attacking Ukraine's energy infrastructure on a massive scale again. Because of this, emergency power outages have been introduced in a number of regions of Ukraine," she wrote.
According to Hrynchuk, power engineers will start clarifying the consequences of the attack and restoration work as soon as the security situation allows.
"Emergency blackouts will be canceled after the situation in the power system stabilizes," she added.
