Due to the problems in the economy of the aggressor country of russia, more and more russian companies are forced to focus their efforts on survival and financial stability.

It was reported by the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.

The agency noted that the russian economy is entering a prolonged recession after a period of growth triggered by the huge costs of the war against Ukraine. Now russian companies are facing a drop in demand, a lack of working capital and the inability of counterparties to make payments.

More than a third (38.9%) of companies reported delays in payments from their partners. Last year, only 25% of companies reported this.

Decrease in demand for products and services in the third quarter of this year was recorded by 34% of companies. In the second quarter, the number of such companies was 30%.

In addition, about 15% of companies are experiencing logistical difficulties. A few months ago, only 10% of companies complained about this

Assessing the overall state of the economy, businesses call the situation "difficult" and "alarming". Even the projected reduction in the discount rate in 2026 is not perceived as a guarantee of an improvement in the business climate

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in late October, russian exports of gasoline, diesel and other seafood by sea dropped to the level of early 2022.

We also wrote that on October 13, the Central Bank of the russian federation published a report according to which in August of this year, the country's total exports dropped by 17.1%.

And in early October, the World Bank published a forecast for the russian economy. In it, it predicted a deterioration in most of its indicators.
