The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine at its meeting on October 30 allowed Ukrpaletsystem, a part of businessman Volodymyr Petrenko's UPG group, to lease another 70 gas stations from Privat Group.
This is said in the message of the AMCU, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The filling stations are owned by a number of legal entities, including Ailong Evolution LLC, Albiland LLC, Vertix Mall LLC, Angel Capital LLC, Eurotrade Expo LLC, Jasmi-Trade LLC, Image Evolution LLC, Corso Town LLC, Leader Finance LLC, Naftaprime LLC, Newport Holding LLC, Perspektyva Pro LLC, Sky Project LLC, Sorella Oil LLC, Start Business Plus LLC, Taros Group LLC, and Tequila Gold LLC.
According to NaftoRynok, these are ANP and Avias gas stations.
Before the full-scale war, Privat's fuel network was the largest in Ukraine and included more than 1,500 gas stations under various brands.
Ukrpaletsystem is now authorized to lease 349 fuel stations from Privat Group.
The total number of filling stations managed by UPG is 436.
According to Forbes, the UPG network controlled by Volodymyr Petrenko (officially owned by his sister Yuliia Vaskovska) is the fifth largest filling station chain in Ukraine in terms of fuel sales, behind OKKO, WOG, Ukrnafta and BRSM-Nafta.
In 2024, the company's revenue amounted to UAH 38.4 billion.

UPG is the fifth largest fuel retailer in Ukraine after OKKO, WOG, Ukrnafta and BRSM-Nafta.
