On the evening of October 30, Sumy came under targeted attack: in one hour, the russians launched 10 drones at the settlement, which hit residential infrastructure.
On October 31, Ukraine will impose round-the-clock restrictions on electricity consumption. According to the press service of NPC Ukrenergo, due to russia's massive attacks on the country's power system, hourly blackout schedules are being introduced in all regions.
