Another 17 children and teenagers returned from occupation - Yermak

Another 17 children and teenagers were rescued from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine as part of the initiative of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy Bring Kids Back UA. This was reported by the head of the Office of the President Andrii Yermak in his Telegram channel on October 27.

According to Yermak, the occupiers forcibly sent a 17-year-old boy to a military camp. Trenches, drills, weapons, drones - all this is under the control of the russian military and without the consent of the parents.

At the same time, another 17-year-old boy was detained during a search of his house: they took away equipment, interrogated him through relatives in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and then repeatedly came and threatened his family.

In addition, the grandparents of a 7-year-old boy were forced to hide him at home, because the occupation authorities were preparing him for "extraction".

And a 12-year-old girl and her 9-year-old brother faced daily bullying at school, where they heard that they "should be killed because they are Ukrainians."

"Today, all these children are finally home - safe, in free Ukraine. They are receiving assistance, restoring their documents and returning to a peaceful life," the head of the President's Office wrote.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, a 20-year-old young man was rescued from the temporarily occupied territories, who was served a summons by the russian occupiers and forced to sign a "non-departure agreement."
