On the night of October 26, Kyiv came under another enemy attack. The strikes killed three people and injured 29 others, including seven children, the State Emergency Service reported.
The greatest destruction was recorded in the Desnianskyi District, where a fire broke out in a nine-story building due to a drone strike. Rescuers evacuated 13 residents from the upper floors.
A 16-storey building was also damaged, with windows smashed from the first to the ninth floor. Another drone hit was recorded in the Obolonskyi District, but it did not cause a fire.
Rescuers, medics and public utilities are working on the ground. All victims are being provided with assistance.
As a reminder, on the night of October 25, russia attacked Ukraine with nine ballistic missiles and 62 attack drones. The air defense forces shot down four missiles and 50 enemy UAVs.
