Russian drones damage synagogue and kindergarten in Kyiv's Podilskyi District

A synagogue in Kyiv was damaged by a russian drone strike on the night of Thursday, October 23, in the Podilskyi District. Chief Rabbi of Ukraine Moshe Asman has reported on this on his page on X.

"Just now The synagogue on Podol was hit by an Iranian-Russian drone!!!" wrote Rabbi Asman.

He demonstrated the consequences of the russian strike: the windows and facade of the synagogue were damaged, and a piece of the drone was stuck in the wall of the building. In addition, neighboring residential buildings were damaged.

The head of the Regional Military Administration Tkachenko also noted that an apartment building in the Desnianskyi District was damaged. Preliminarily, there was no fire and no casualties. In the Podilskyi District, debris fell at five locations. Among them is a kindergarten. Five damaged cars are also reported.
