The Verkhovna Rada has prematurely terminated the powers of Anna Kolisnyk, a member of the Servant of the People faction. The corresponding resolution No. 13337 was voted for by 262
MPs out of the minimum required 226, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

According to the resolution, Kolisnyk's powers are terminated ahead of schedule due to her personal statement on resignation from the parliament.

According to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk, after the termination of Kolisnyk's parliamentary powers, 228 MPs remained in the Servant of the People faction (to maintain the status of a monomajority faction, there must be a minimum of 226 MPs).

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in October 2022, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office notified the MP from the Servant of the People faction Anna Kolisnik of suspicion of failing to declare two apartments in Kyiv, a car and other property totaling UAH 4.4 million.

In June 2023, the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court released Anna Kolisnyk, a member of the Verkhovna Rada from the Servant of the People faction, from criminal liability for failure to declare her property and closed the case.

The High Anti-Corruption Court fined Kolisnyk UAH 44,000 for failing to declare 2 apartments in Kyiv and a car, but released her from punishment due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
