As a result of a russian drone attack on a power facility in the northern districts of the Chernihiv Region, electricity supply was cut off.

It was reported by Chernihivoblenergo.

Power engineers noted that they would start emergency repair work as soon as the security situation stabilizes.

While the shelling continues, Chernihivvodokanal called on residents to urgently stock up on drinking water, as there may be interruptions or complete cessation of water supply.

A number of suburban trains are running with delays due to the lack of power supply.

As the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk reported, the city of Slavutych, which legally belongs to the Kyiv Region but is located in the north of the Chernihiv Region, is also without power. There, the water supply and heating systems have been switched to backup power sources, and emergency shelters are ready to receive people.

As a reminder, as a result of nighttime russian drone attacks on power facilities, consumers in several regions are without power. Also, due to the shelling in the Chernihiv Region, hourly power outages in three stages have been introduced.
