President Volodymyr Zelenskyy proposes to the Verkhovna Rada to extend martial law and mobilization from November 5 for 90 days, i.e. until February 3, 2026. The relevant bills No. 14128 and 14129 were registered in the Rada on October 20, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
In particular, the bills propose to approve decrees No. 493 and No. 794 of October 20, already signed by Zelenskyy, on extending the martial law in Ukraine and the term of general mobilization from November 5, 2025, for 90 days.
This will be the 17th vote of the parliament on these issues.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 15, the Verkhovna Rada extended martial law and mobilization from August 7 for 90 days, that is, until November 5, 2025.
On February 24, 2022, the Rada approved the introduction of martial law by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in connection with the outbreak of war by Russia and the announcement and implementation of general mobilization
