A hunting tower was discovered near an airport in Florida that offered a direct view of US President Donald Trump's private jet during takeoff or landing. The incident has raised concerns among law enforcement officials - the FBI is investigating

The tower was found before Trump's visit to West Palm Beach, where he planned to spend the weekend and play golf. No people were found at the site, and no arrests have been made.
The FBI is checking cell phone data in the area to determine who might have been near the potential sniper vantage point.

The structure is located across the street from the part of the airport where private jets, including Trump's plane, are usually parked. Although Air Force One does not usually park in this location, it is temporarily parked there due to construction work at the airport, an unnamed official said.
After the discovery of the suspicious structure on October 19, security measures were tightened. Trump boarded Air Force One through a shortened ramp to minimize risks.
On September 15, Donald Trump's team reported a shooting that took place on the golf course where Trump was staying. They immediately stated that the US presidential candidate was not injured. At the same time, the FBI qualified the incident as "similar to an attempted assassination of former President Trump."
Law enforcement officers detained 58-year-old US citizen Ryan Wesley Root. He is suspected of preparing an assassination attempt on the US presidential candidate, according to the FBI.
Also, in mid-July, Trump was shot during a rally in Pennsylvania.
