President signs law on medical payments to Ukrainians released from captivity

On October 11, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a law on payments to servicemen released from captivity who need medical treatment.

This is stated in the card of draft law No. 13627 on the Verkhovna Rada portal.

According to the law, financial assistance will be provided to defenders who need treatment after returning from russian captivity

Fighters released from russian captivity will receive an additional UAH 50,000 per month for the period of treatment.

It should be noted that members of the Verkhovna Rada supported this draft law on October 9.
