The Ministry of Finance reported that UAH 285.5 billion were allocated for social payments in 9 months of this year.
This is evidenced by data from the Ministry of Finance, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Thus, UAH 285.5 billion were used from the state budget for social payments carried out by the Ministry of Social Policy.
In particular:
UAH 178.2 billion - for financial support for the payment of pensions, allowances and increases to pensions assigned under the pension programs of the Pension Fund;
UAH 48.2 billion - for social protection of citizens who have found themselves in difficult life circumstances, from which more than 745,000 people, including IDPs, received appropriate assistance;
UAH 10.2 billion - for support for more than 195,000 low-income families;
UAH 28.1 billion - providing benefits and housing subsidies to citizens for over 2.7 million households - recipients of benefits and housing subsidies;
UAH 16.8 billion - for social protection of children and families, which are aimed at paying social benefits to almost 623,000 recipients;
UAH 4 billion - for social protection of persons with disabilities.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Pension Fund extended the deadline for physical identification of social assistance recipients until November 1 of this year.
