On the evening of October 5, russian shelling destroyed a Nova Poshta branch in the Donetsk Region, and with it more than UAH 1 million worth of parcels. The employees were not injured.

Nova Poshta has reported this on Telegram.

So, the russian occupiers fired at about 6:40 p.m., destroying the Nova Poshta branch in Donetsk Region. It is noted that the branch was closed at the time of the hit, so none of the employees were injured.

"The occupants turned 405 parcels with a total declared value of more than UAH 1 million into ashes," the statement said.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, meanwhile, the russian air attack on the night of October 5 was the largest shelling of the Lviv Region since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Four people were killed and eight injured. Among the targets of the russian strikes was the gas transportation infrastructure of the region.

Also, on the night of October 5, russian occupants attacked Chernihiv with drones - they hit an enterprise and an energy facility, which resulted in emergency power outages in one of the districts. Hourly power outage schedules are still in effect.
