The Telegraph article about the alleged freezing of discussions on US military support for Ukraine is untrue. Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Heorhii Tykhyi announced this on X on Friday, October 3.

"False. Ukraine-US drone deal talks are proceeding as planned and shipments continue to arrive," Tykhyi emphasized.

As a reminder, on October 3, The Telegraph, citing a source in the Ukrainian government, said that negotiations on an agreement to exchange drone technology were allegedly in question, in which Kyiv has the world's leading experience, in exchange for royalties from the United States, for which the Ukrainian delegation flew to Washington on Tuesday, September 30.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on October 1, the US federal government partially suspended its work after Republicans and Democrats failed to agree on a budget. Due to the shutdown, some government agencies have stopped operations, social programs have been frozen, and hundreds of thousands of civil servants have been sent on unpaid furloughs.
