In September 2025, the total volume of trading on the PFTS amounted to UAH 76.8 billion (113% of the previous month's level), or 75% of the total volume of trading by organizers of securities trading in Ukraine.
This is stated in the exchange's message, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
In January-September 2025, the total volume of trading on the PFTS amounted to UAH 633.4 billion (182% of the level of the same period in 2024), or 81% of the total volume of trading by organizers of securities trading in Ukraine.
In the structure of trades in September, the share of Ukrainian government bonds was 73.5% (UAH 56.4 billion, or 118% of the previous month's level), currency swaps - 20.4% (UAH 15.6 billion, or 97% of the previous month's level), foreign government bonds - 5.2% (UAH 4 billion, or 106% of the previous month's level), corporate bonds of Ukrainian issuers - 0.6% (UAH 0.44 billion, or 641% of the previous month's level), securities of collective investment institutions - 0.34% (UAH 0.3 billion, or 63% of the previous month's level), shares of foreign issuers - 0.02% (UAH 17.4 million, or 1615% of the previous month's level), bonds of foreign issuers - 0.002% (UAH 1.7 million) and shares of Ukrainian issuers - 0.0002% (UAH 0.2 million, or 12% of the previous month's level).
In September, 7.2% of transactions were concluded on the "order market", 82.8% on the "quotation market" (including address transactions), 5.6% of transactions in the REPO and REPO "with risk control" modes, 4% of transactions in the SWAP "with risk control" mode, and 0.4% of transactions in unilateral auctions, where the initial placements of corporate bonds took place last month.
In September 2025, 43 trading participants concluded transactions with 97 securities issues (52 government domestic loan bonds, 10 corporate bonds of Ukrainian issuers, 8 government foreign loan bonds, 8 shares of foreign issuers, 8 securities of collective investment institutions, 6 foreign government bonds, 2 shares of Ukrainian issuers, 2 currency swaps, 1 bond of foreign issuers).
In January-September 2025, 52 trading participants concluded transactions with 192 securities issues. Government domestic loan bonds - 78, foreign government bonds - 32, shares of foreign issuers - 28, corporate bonds of Ukrainian issuers - 20, shares of Ukrainian issuers - 11, securities of collective investment institutions - 10, government foreign loan bonds - 9, bonds of foreign issuers - 3 and currency swaps - 2.
From June 17, 2024, trading in currency swaps began in the PFTS trading system.
In September 2025, transactions were concluded with currency swaps "US dollar - Ukrainian hryvnia" (ticker: USDUAH) and "euro - Ukrainian hryvnia" (ticker: EURUAH).
The total trading volume of the specified swaps amounted to UAH 15.6 billion (20.4% of the total trading volume, or 97.2% compared to the previous month).
From July 26, 2022, trading in government domestic loan bonds of Ukraine denominated in foreign currency, in the currency of the nominal value, began on the PFTS.
In September 2025, the volume of exchange contracts with government bonds executed in the currency of the nominal value amounted to USD 54.1 million and EUR 36.2 million (5.2% of the total trading volume).
In September, public placements of interest-bearing registered ordinary unsecured bonds of series E1 and F1 of LLC "ULF-FINANCE" began on the PFTS.
250,000 units of interest-bearing registered ordinary unsecured bonds of series E1 of LLC "ULF-FINANCE" (ISIN - UAT000016027) with a nominal value of UAH 1,000 each, with a maturity date of September 10, 2030, are offered for sale.
The interest rate on the bonds for the first four interest periods is set at 19% per annum. Also offered for sale are 150,000 units of interest-bearing registered ordinary unsecured bonds of series F1 of LLC "ULF-FINANCE" (ISIN - UAT000016035) with a nominal value of UAH 1,000 each, with a maturity date of September 16, 2030, and the interest rate on the bonds is set at 20% per annum.
As of October 1, 2025, the number of members of JSC "PFTS Stock Exchange" admitted to trading was 53: 29 banks and 25 financial companies.
As of October 1, 2025, 410 issues of financial instruments were admitted to trading on JSC "PFTS Stock Exchange", of which 112 issues of securities were in the Exchange Register.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in August 2025, the total trading volume on the PFTS amounted to UAH 68.1 billion (114% of the previous month's level), or 82% of the total trading volume of securities trading organizers in Ukraine.
Since 1997, the PFTS index has been the official index of Ukraine in S&P Emerging Markets.
