The aggressor country russia is conducting and preparing provocations in the European Union to blame Ukraine for them and intimidate Europeans. It was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation on its Telegram channel on Tuesday, September 30.

The russian Foreign Intelligence Service has spread fake claims that Ukraine is allegedly preparing a "resonant provocation with a sabotage raid in Poland." The russian federation claims that Ukraine wants to stage attacks on Poland's critical infrastructure in order to blame special forces from russia and Belarus. The aggressor's intelligence writes that in this way, European countries allegedly will be dragged into a war with russia.

"Such statements have nothing to do with reality and are a typical technique for the Russian foreign intelligence service. Preliminarily, they have repeatedly stated that Ukraine is allegedly preparing "bloody provocations" in Europe. The real goal of such statements is to create an information alibi for Russian provocations in the EU and to stir up fear and panic in Europe," the Center for Countering Disinformation emphasized.

The Center emphasized that russia is the author of sabotage in the EU and NATO countries, which it conducts to disrupt military assistance to Ukraine from its allies.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on September 27, the Center for Countering Disinformation refuted the statements of russian propagandists about Ukraine's preparation of "a provocation to start World War III."
