Over the past day, the enemy attacked Kherson and the region with various types of weapons. In particular, a checkpoint in the regional center came under russian attack with unguided missiles. A police officer was killed, another policeman was wounded.
This was reported by the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kherson Region.
In the morning, the russian occupiers struck the coastal territories of the Korabelnyi district of Kherson with unguided missiles. The checkpoint came under devastating fire.
As a result of the enemy attack, a 40-year-old police officer who was on duty was killed on the spot. A 21-year-old policeman was also injured - he was taken to the hospital with a mine-explosive injury and concussion.
In addition, near Beliaivka, the russian military attacked a car with an FPV drone, as a result of which a 58-year-old man was injured. He received a mine-explosive and open craniocerebral trauma, a fracture of the base of the skull.
In the afternoon, in the Dniprovskyi district, the occupiers dropped an explosive device from a UAV on a private house, as a result of which a 46-year-old man was injured. He was hospitalized with a concussion, shrapnel wounds to the chest and limbs.
Also at night, the russian military carried out an air strike on a residential area with two guided bombs, damaging an apartment building.
In Bilozerka, a 74-year-old local resident picked up an unknown object from the ground, which detonated. As a result of the explosion, the man was seriously injured and died in the hospital in the evening. His 72-year-old wife was injured. The woman was hospitalized with an explosive trauma and a gunshot wound to the chest.










As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the occupiers began shelling Kherson with cluster munitions from the DPRK.
