Air Forces explain why it is forbidden to distribute videos of fragments of missiles and drones after russian attacks

Distribution of videos and photos with fragments of russian missiles and drones after massive russian attacks can become a propaganda tool for the aggressor country. The head of the Air Forces Communications Department, Yurii Ihnat, has reported this on the air of a telethon.

"The capital was the main epicenter of the enemy's strike today. It was attacked by a huge number of means, accordingly, after combat work on them there are fragments of drones and missiles falling, and, as we see, in many areas of the capital we have unpleasant consequences after, in fact, such falls," Ihnat emphasized.

Ihnat also appealed to Ukrainians and urged not to shoot and post videos of falling fragments in the media space.

"It gets into the photo, accordingly, the Russians take this photo and tell things over and over again, Ukraine shelled its own houses with Western missiles, and so on. This has been done for several years by their propaganda and they also present it to a Western audience. Therefore, I say again, the Patriot missile is lying there or there is another missile there, well, ours, or it could even be a Russian missile. If you don't know what type of wreckage it is, then you shouldn't publish any fragments and release them into the public space at all," he explained.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, more than 1,500 rescuers and police officers in 11 regions are dealing with the consequences of the massive shelling by the russian federation.

The death toll in Kyiv has increased to 4. Two of the dead were found at the Institute of Cardiology named after Academician M. D. Strazhesko of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, which is located in the Solomianskyi District. Also in this area, the body of a 12-year-old girl was unblocked from a five-story building.
