On the night of September 27, long-range drones of the Special Operations Center "A" (Special Group "Alpha") of the Security Service of Ukraine hit the Tingovatovo oil pumping station, located in the settlement of Konar, Chuvash Republic of the russian federation - approximately a thousand kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
It was reported by a source of the Ukrainian News agency in the SSU.
The information about the attack was confirmed by the head of the Chuvash Republic. According to him, the operation of the facility was temporarily suspended while the assessment of the extent of the damage is ongoing.
From its own sources, the SSU received confirmation that the blow fell on pumping station No. 1, after which a fire broke out. As a result, the transportation of oil through the oil pumping station is currently suspended.
"The SSU continues to "impose sanctions" against the Russian oil sector, which brings the aggressor country superprofits that go to the war against Ukraine. Work on reducing the number of petrodollars in the Russian budget will continue," an informed source in the department noted.
Recall that on the morning of September 27, in the territory of russian Chuvashia, a drone of the Defense Forces of Ukraine attacked an oil pumping station near the village of Konar in the Tsivilsky District.
Earlier, drones of the Security Service of Ukraine struck the largest russian oil loading port on the Baltic Sea, which is the final point of the Baltic pipeline system.
