On September 25, the State Property Fund held a successful auction to privatize a state stake of 73.2784% in the authorized capital of JSC KVANT Plant.
This is stated in the fund's message, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The message says that the auction was held in the electronic trading system Prozorro.Sales.
5 participants competed in the auction for the object, which led to a 2.32-fold increase in the cost from the starting price of UAH 172,961,546 to the final price of UAH 401,500,000.00.
The highest bid for the company's stake was offered by LLC General Agro Trade, the main activity of which is the lease and operation of its own or leased real estate.
It is noted that the owner must modernize production facilities and create new jobs.
JSC Plant Kvant is located in the Holosiivskyi District of Kyiv.
Among the key advantages are a large area of production premises and a favorable location, which creates additional opportunities for development and business.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on September 22, the State Property Fund sold the Ukrainian State Institute for Design of Fisheries and Industry Enterprises "Ukrrybproekt", located in Kyiv, for over UAH 61.1 million (+UAH 12.22 million VAT).
