Investigative journalist and founder of the Bihus.info project Denys Bihus said that he was mobilized.
He spoke about this in a video on his channel.
According to him, the Vinnytsia territorial recruitment and social support center "made him an offer that was hard to refuse." The journalist emphasized that he was not booked, which is why he received a summons.
In 2022, Denys Bihus served in the special unit of the Patrol Police and received the right to demobilize after 2 years, which he took advantage of.
"The people we jumped with in 22 are still mostly fighting and did not have vacations, as in my case. Simply because I was once lucky enough to accidentally get into the special unit of the patrol, and not into the Armed Forces. I could have been released after two years, but they did not," the journalist explained.
Bihus added that the Bihus.Info project will continue to operate without his participation.
As a reminder, journalist Denys Bihus confirmed that he is indeed a freelance employee of the Military Counterintelligence Department of the Security Service of Ukraine.
