Melania Trump breaks royal protocol during official visit to UK - media

Today, September 17, US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump arrived in the UK for an official visit. It was noticed that the First Lady broke royal protocol.

This was reported by Hello! magazine.

Melania Trump chose a classic, elegant look - remaining true to her commitment to the French fashion house, the First Lady wore a dark gray Christian Dior Haute Couture suit with a high neckline and a cinched waist, paired with dark gray suede shoes. She added a bright color to the monochrome ensemble with an elegant purple wool hat.

The hand-holding couple were greeted by Prince William and Princess Kate for their two-day visit, which was marked by a royal salute fired simultaneously from Windsor Castle and the Tower of London.

The First Lady reportedly broke royal protocol by not curtsying to either Princess Kate or Queen Camilla.

The King and Queen are hosting President Trump and his wife for an unprecedented second state visit from September 17-19. The 47th President previously received a state visit in 2019.

After the welcome, President Trump and Melania will ride in a carriage around Windsor Castle with King Charles, Queen Camilla, and the Prince and Princess of Wales, before dining in the State Dining Room.

Donald and Melania will then travel to St. George's Chapel to lay a wreath at the grave of Queen Elizabeth II. During their visit, they will take a tour of the chapel and enjoy a performance by the chapel choir. The evening will conclude with a lavish state banquet at Windsor Castle, which is expected to be attended by more than 160 guests on Wednesday evening.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, US First Lady Melania Trump previously threatened to sue former President Joe Biden's son, Hunter, over his claim that she met Donald Trump through convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
