The number of injured in the russian rocket artillery shelling of the city of Zaporizhzhia on the night of September 16 has increased to 20, including children. Many residential buildings were damaged as a result of the attack.

The head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy have reported this.

"The number of injured in the night attack on Zaporizhzhia has increased to 20. People continue to seek medical help," the report says.

According to Fedorov, four children are among the injured. It was previously reported that two are in intensive care - doctors operated on the injured 4-year-old and 17-year-old girls at night. Their condition is serious, but stable.

President Zelenskyy reported that rescuers have completed extinguishing fires after the russian shelling of Zaporizhzhia with rocket artillery. He emphasized that the enemy struck deliberately for the sake of terror. As a result of the attack, many residential buildings were damaged.
