Body cameras of territorial recruitment centers already recorded number of offenses, materials transferred to law enforcement agencies

Since September 1, servicemen of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers must use special video recording equipment when notifying citizens. Since the beginning of the month, body cameras of the territorial recruitment centers have already recorded a number of offenses. This is stated in the message of the Ground Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Ground Forces emphasized that the use of body cameras is necessary for both sides of the process - both military personnel and civilians.

"For almost two weeks, the cameras have already recorded a number of offenses, the materials have been transferred to law enforcement agencies. From now on, the process of notifying citizens within the framework of mobilization is under full video recording, and all violators will definitely be held accountable," the Ground Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted.

They also noted that all measures are carried out exclusively within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine, and called on citizens to conscientiously comply with it and contribute to the proper implementation of the mobilization process.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has obliged employees of the territorial recruitment centers from September 1 to wear body cameras and conduct video recording during document verification or service of summons.

To clearly regulate this process, the Ministry of Defense has approved a special Instruction.
